Flying Whales!

Recently I've found one of my works in progress posted on someone else's art blog.  This makes me elated; however, my  current online presence isn't up to the task that this posting has done for me.  I'm not going to post that piece up until it is finished.  However, I am going to post this piece.

This is inspired by Lugia; however, I wanted to take enough liberties that he could work as his own.
